*Salon policies:
- 24 hour cancellation policy in place. If less then 24 hours notice is given, you will be expected to pay a 50% non refundable depost for a new booking. No show: 100% charge incurred and must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
- Your stylist/therapist reserves the right to refuse service if you attend and are visibly unwell. Please reschedule if you are unwell, with anything. Let’s keep each other safe and well at all times.
- You must have an up to date skin test. If you do not attend your skin test appointment, you will have to reschedule so that you can safely have a new test and you may incur a charge. Without an up to date skin test, we will not be able to offer a chemical service and you may incur a charge for wasted time.
- No refunds are given, as we have used our time and products. Contact must be made within 7 days of your appointment if you wish to have any amendments, at the managers discretion.
